Spoken English Workshop for Parents held at Velammal!

Velammal Main School, Mogappair Campus hosted a session on Spoken English exclusively for parents of Std-6 to Std-8 held at the school campus recently.

Dr. M Rajni, Educationist and Motivational Speaker presided over the session and highlighted the importance of English as a primary source of communication. Various aspects as to why one should learn English were also focused.
Takeaways of the session included techniques on how both the teachers and parents have more chances to improve their language skills. Moreover they would gain more confidence and feel motivated if they are given a lot of opportunities to practise English. The resource person interacted with the parents and answered all their queries.

Many parents attended the session which paved their ways to boost their child’s language skill.
